Made to Order

This item is Made to Order. Please allow two weeks after you place your order with Oak Roads for the artisan to manufacture your item before it ships out.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are typically sent via Canada Post and arrive in 4-10 days, depending on destination. Oak Roads does not guarantee that shipments will arrive within this timeframe. 

American Orders

American orders are typically sent via Canada Post and  USPS. Shipments typically arrive in 4-10 days, depending on the final destination and the speed in which your local customs office processes the package. Please keep in mind that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes when your order arrives at your local customs office.

International Orders

Oak Roads does not ship directly to other countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. International customers can still shop with us by using an order forwarding service like MyUS.com. Unexpected shipping delays can occur when crossing international borders so your shipping times may vary. Where required, applicable duties and taxes must be paid to the carrier upon receipt.

Returns and Exchanges

JMB Lifestyle products can be returned within 10 days after receiving the item. Return the item (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged) in its dust cover and original packaging for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns are subject to inspection and approval before a credit can be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.

Requesting a Return

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your JMB Lifestyle product, contact returns@oakroads.com and provide your original Oak Roads order number. Oak Roads will contact JMB Lifestyle on your behalf and coordinate your service.

• Oak Roads will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide instructions on where to send your item for repair. No repairs will be processed without this Return Authorization Number.
• Use care in your packing method. Shoulder straps should be placed inside the item. All handles must be positioned away from the body of the case or tucked inside the item to prevent impressions in the leather. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packing.
• Send your item using tracked delivery (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.) and provide the tracking information to returns@oakroads.com. Oak Roads will not be responsible for the cost of shipping or for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The responsibility for lost or damaged packages will be that of the carrier.
