FAQ: What do I do if I ordered the wrong item or need to cancel my order?

Answer:

Please send an email within 48 hours to returns@OakRoads.com so we can cancel your order free of charge.

All orders cancelled after 48 hours but prior to arrival are subject to a $25 USD administration fee, regardless of whether or not your order has shipped or made-to-order manufacturing has begun.

If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges to Oak Roads HQ in Canada and the refund will not be processed until the item has been returned.

Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
