Our Shipping Policy
Orders of $250 or more qualify for FREE shipping. A flat $25 shipping charge is applied to all Canadian and American orders under $250, regardless of destination. All shipping and taxes are clearly indicated once you select "Continue" after entering your shipping address during the checkout process.

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system. As soon as we receive your order we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment (or manufacture in the case of made to order items). If your item is on backorder, unavailable or unable to be manufactured within the specified made-to-order timeline, we will reach out to you via email to offer a full refund. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) or can be made to order within the specified timeline, we will submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card it will ship within five business days from the date of your order (or within five business days of the made to order deadline). We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the email address you provide when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days, feel free to follow up with us at orders@OakRoads.com.
Damages During Shipping:
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged please send photos to returns@OakRoads.com. We will process an insurance claim on your behalf and support you with our comprehensive Free Extended Warranty.
Cancellations + Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 48 hours but prior to arrival are subject to a $25 USD administration fee whether or not your order has shipped. If your order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual return shipping charges to Oak Roads HQ in Canada. Refunds will only be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.
