Extended Warranty

This item qualifies for the Oak Roads Free Extended Warranty program which automatically adds one full year of additional warranty service to the existing manufacturer's warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Hillside USA products can be returned within 10 days of receiving your item. Return the item (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged) in its original packaging for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns are subject to inspection and approval before a credit can be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Hillside USA offers a Lifetime Guarantee against qualified manufacturing defects including problems with zipper construction, loose stitching, hardware or lining.

Please keep in mind that with any leather accessory, wear and tear will occur with normal use. It should be expected that over time leather may fade or spot and that edges and corners may show signs of wear. This is a natural and normal process and is not a defect. As such, it is not covered by the Hillside USA Guarantee. Worn out zippers and zippers damaged by improper use are not considered defective. Regrettably, we also cannot guarantee or replace products damaged by neglect or mishandling, including exposure to moisture, severe tears in leather or lining and ink marks or stains.

If custom work or repair is done on the bag by any individual or any company not authorized by Hillside, the warranty will be void.

Requesting a Return or Repair

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Hillside USA product or need a warranty repair, contact returns@oakroads.com and provide your original Oak Roads order number. Oak Roads will contact Hillside USA on your behalf and coordinate your service.

  • If you are requesting warranty service, please include images of the item and the area of concern in your original email.
  • Oak Roads will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide instructions on where to send your item for repair. No repairs will be processed without this Return Authorization Number.
  • All returns must be in resalable condition and all original packaging (including invoice) must be in place for full credit to be issued. No credit or exchange will be issued if the product shows signs of use. Please make sure all original tags are still in place.
  • Send your item using tracked delivery (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.) and provide the tracking information to returns@oakroads.com. Use care in your packing method. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packing. Oak Roads will not be responsible for the cost of shipping or for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The responsibility for lost or damaged packages will be that of the carrier.

Once the item is received, it is typically repaired or replaced and shipped directly back to you.
