If you are dissatisfied with your items in any way, please notify returns@OakRoads.com.  Throughout the Manufacturer's Warranty period and for one full year after it expires, you may return your items to Oak Roads HQ in Canada and receive a 100% refund of the original purchase price or an equivalent value in store credit.  Refunds will be issued to the original payment method that you used when placing your order.

Determining the Manufacturer's Warranty:

Do a web search for the brand name of the item you purchased from Oak Roads. If they have an existing warranty policy, it will be listed on the manufacturer's website and we will be happy to honor it. And if they don't list a warranty policy, there's no need to worry - our Free Extended Warranty will still cover your item for a full year from your original purchase date.

Returning Your Item:

Please contact returns@OakRoads.com with your original order number and the item you wish to return. We'll provide you with further instructions. Items will typically need to be returned to Oak Roads HQ in Canada for processing prior to the refund being issued.
