This item ships from Nashville, Tennessee. Orders typically ship out within three working days of the day you place your order with Oak Roads.

American Orders

Shipments are typically sent via FedEx or UPS Ground. Shipments spend 1-5 days in transit, depending on distance traveled, weather, and other factors. Oak Roads does not guarantee that shipments will arrive within this time frame.

Canadian Orders

Canadian orders are sent via USPS International and handed off to Canada Post at the border. Shipments typically arrive in 3-7 days, depending on the final destination and the speed in which your local customs office processes the package. Please keep in mind that you may be responsible for customs duties and taxes when your order arrives at your local customs office.

International Orders

Oak Roads does not ship directly to other countries outside of the U.S. and Canada. International customers can still shop with us by using an order forwarding service like MyUS.com. Unexpected shipping delays can occur when crossing international borders so your shipping times may vary. Where required, applicable duties and taxes must be paid to the carrier upon receipt.

Extended Warranty

This item qualifies for the Oak Roads Free Extended Warranty program which automatically adds one full year of additional warranty service to the existing manufacturer's warranty.

Returns and Exchanges

Boconi products can be returned within 30 days of date of purchase. Return the item (new, unused, unmarked, undamaged) in its dust cover and original packaging for a full refund, less shipping costs. Returns are subject to inspection and approval before a credit can be issued. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the returned product.

Manufacturer's Warranty

Boconi clearly stands for impeccable striking style, painstaking attention to detail, and unsurpassed quality.  All Boconi bags & leather goods are guaranteed for 1 year to be free from any and all manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. The guarantee starts from the date the product was purchased.

Please note that this guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear caused by product abuse or neglect including: abrasions in fabrics, leathers, or parts; exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids or liquids. The guarantee also does not cover common carrier damage.

If custom work or repair is done on the bag by any individual or any company not authorized by Boconi, the warranty will be void.

Requesting a Return or Repair

In the unlikely event that you wish to return your Boconi product or need a warranty repair, contact returns@oakroads.com and provide your original Oak Roads order number. Oak Roads will contact Boconi on your behalf and coordinate your service.

• If you are requesting warranty service, please include images of the item and the area of concern in your original email.
• Oak Roads will issue you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and provide instructions on where to send your item for repair. No repairs will be processed without this Return Authorization Number.
• Use care in your packing method. Shoulder straps should be placed inside the item. All handles must be positioned away from the body of the case or tucked inside the item to prevent impressions in the leather. We can not be held responsible for any damage caused by improper packing.
• Send your item using tracked delivery (UPS, FedEx, Express Mail, etc.) and provide the tracking information to returns@oakroads.com. Oak Roads will not be responsible for the cost of shipping or for packages lost or damaged during shipping. The responsibility for lost or damaged packages will be that of the carrier.

Once the item is received, it is typically repaired or replaced and shipped directly back to you.
